Maintaining our physical and mental health is critical during Ontario’s state of emergency. As gyms and fitness studios close, people are at a loss of having a place to go to practice healthy physical fitness. There are many resources available online to participate in classes at home that can assist in your physical and mental wellbeing. Set up a space in your home, and enjoy many classes that are currently being offered through social media.
The Northwood Club will be providing complimentary virtual training, Monday through Friday, at 9 am.
Jonas Deline one of our respected trainers will take you through a full body workout with a focus on the items that you would have at your home. You only need a small space at home and access to Facebook/Instagram. We will be uploading the Live videos from Facebook each day to Instagram for any of you that have missed the morning workout.
We encourage all of you to share these workouts with your loved ones as exercise is an optimal way of improving overall immune function. This is critical in avoiding illness.
We will also be sharing daily tips with valuable information regarding all aspects of health and fitness through our Facebook and Instagram.
You will not have to sign up for these classes in advance. If you have not used Facebook/Instagram or are new to it simply follow our page @thenorthwoodclub and start tuning in!

This log in will be the same all week.
If you are on a monthly unlimited or a yearly unlimited please email directly and they will give you your sign in for classes. Obviously you will need a bike and trainer for the rides. All other classes will be prop free unless you have stuff at home. For yoga blocks you can use a stack of books, a water bottle or a can.
