Family Bike Parade

Citizenship Reaffirmation Ceremony & Gigantic Canada Day Birthday Cake
12:00 p.m.
Location: In front of Federal Building, 44 Hurontario St.
Everyone is invited to reaffirm their Canadian Citizenship, receive a commemorative certificate and have a free piece of birthday cake, courtesy of Loblaws! This is a great way to celebrate and recognize our great country.

Georgian Life Photo Booth
12:00 – 3:00 p.m.
Location: In front of Town Hall
Come get your photo taken, have a good laugh, create memorable moments, and go home with an instant souvenir at the Georgian Life Photo Booth.

12th Annual Rubber Duck Race
2:00 p.m.
Location: Starts at Hume St. Bridge and ends at the Pretty River Bridge
Tickets $5.00 each or 3 for $10.00 Individually numbered duckies are released at the Hume St Bridge into the Pretty River, ending at the Pretty River Parkway Bridge. First Place – $1000.00; Second Place – $500.00; Third Place – $250.00 Tickets can be purchased Saturdays, the Collingwood Farmers Market.

Amphitheatre Concert
6:30 p.m.
Location: Shipyards Amphitheatre, 2 North Maple St.
The best live music on the shores of Georgian Bay. Don’t miss Collingwood’s hottest classic rock band, Coming of Age, followed by JUNO-nominated blues artist, Spencer Mackenzie.

Let’s get together on July 1st at Blue. Live music featuring the Conners Brothers, Toronto’s legendary rock band, Mo Guzman and many more! Join the fun with interactive family activities, scavenger hunt, and fireworks!

Fireworks

It’s just not Canada Day without Fireworks over the Mountain! Gather round in the Village Events Plaza and join the crowd in the “Ooohs” and “Aaaahs” as you watch the spectacular lights bursting in the sky. Fireworks are weather-dependent.
